Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are seeking a Power Apps Developer with experience in enterprise environments to join our team in Brazil, Argentina, or Mexico. The role is centered on hands-on implementation, UI modernization, and creation of maintainable custom components that improve usability, consistency, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Migrate existing Canvas app custom pages, controls, and UI elements into reusable PCF controls based on React + TypeScript.
  • Design and build high-quality Power Apps Canvas applications for business processes, with focus on usability, responsiveness, and maintainability.
  • Create reusable custom components and UI patterns for Canvas apps to improve consistency and simplify future enhancements.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into practical Canvas app and PCF solutions.
  • Integrate Canvas apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and standard/custom connectors; support related Power Automate logic where needed.
  • Optimize app performance, including delegation, formula efficiency, data shaping, and component behavior.
  • Support application lifecycle activities such as testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.
  • Follow established governance, ALM, and development standards for Power Platform solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps Canvas apps in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience building PCF controls for Power Platform using React and TypeScript.
  • Good understanding of Power Fx, Canvas app architecture, reusable components, and responsive layouts.
  • Experience integrating Canvas apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other connectors.
  • Solid troubleshooting and performance optimization skills for Canvas apps.
  • Familiarity with solutions, environments, and deployment processes in Power Platform.
  • Ability to work independently with functional and technical requirements and deliver practical implementation results.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with custom connectors and Azure services.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate, Model-driven apps, and Power BI embedding.
  • Experience working with Git or Azure DevOps.
  • Understanding of governance, security, and best practices in Power Platform.
