MSD ERP Consultant

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced MSD ERP Consultant to drive the successful implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions for our clients.

As an MSD ERP Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our team, leveraging your deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP to deliver exceptional value to our clients. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, training, and ongoing support. This role demands a strong understanding of business processes across various industries and the ability to translate complex requirements into effective ERP solutions. We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual who can not only solve technical challenges but also act as a trusted advisor to clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in all phases of Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation projects, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Gather and analyze client business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for ERP solutions.
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption.
• Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients on best practices for ERP utilization and process optimization.
• Develop and deliver user training programs and documentation to ensure effective system adoption and proficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams for custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations.
• Conduct system testing, identify defects, and work with development teams for resolution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, AX, NAV).
• Proven track record of successful full-lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of core business processes such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and project management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
