Responsibilities

As a Multimedia Designer at Odoo Indonesia, you will produce high-quality videos, graphics, motion, animation, and other visual content that align with our brand.

You will be involved in the full creative process from ideation and conceptualization to production and delivery-creating content that enhances our product marketing efforts across various channels. Additionally, you will collaborate with different departments and contribute to other creative projects, such as photo retouching and graphic design, helping to bring Odoo's visual identity to life.

Your main focus will be on video production and editing, but you will also have the chance to work on multimedia design projects to create a broad range of digital content.

Your tasks include but are not limited to:

• Lead the post-production process for product-focused video content, including video editing, motion graphics, visual effects, color correction, sound editing, and final delivery across different formats and platforms.
• Create engaging motion graphics and visual elements that enhance storytelling, product demonstrations, and marketing communication while maintaining consistency with Odoo's brand identity.
• Manage and contribute to the overall video production cycle, from pre-production and studio setup to filming and post-production, with a stronger focus on editing and motion design.
• Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to plan and execute video projects, ensuring the creative direction, visual execution, and final output align with Odoo's branding and messaging.
• Develop a deep understanding of Odoo's products to translate complex product features and benefits into clear, engaging, and visually compelling video content.
• Provide creative input and proactively suggest improvements to storytelling, editing, motion design, pacing, and overall video quality.
• Support onsite customer testimonial filming, studio shoots, and live streaming for webinars and other events, contributing to the production process as needed.

Additional Multimedia Design Tasks:

• Maintain an organized archive of all video footage for future edits and reuse.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in video production and editing to bring fresh ideas and techniques into your work.
• Perform in-house photo retouching for presentations, events, and marketing materials.

Workload Breakdown:

• Video & Motion Graphics: 60% of your workload will focus on video editing, motion graphics, post-production, and creating engaging visual content for product marketing, customer testimonials, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
• Filming & Production: 30% of your workload will involve supporting and participating in the video production process, including studio setup, filming, lighting, basic production coordination, customer testimonials, webinars, and other onsite shoots.
• Traditional Graphic Design: 10% of your workload will involve creating static visual assets, photo retouching, and supporting other graphic design needs across marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor degree, or higher and must be fluent in English
• Proficiency in using Motion Graphic and Animation software (Adobe After Effects and Blender 3D) is a must
• Experienced in video editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premier Pro)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially in Adobe Illustrator) and Figma
• Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording equipment
• A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and motion graphic skills
• Ability to work on video projects with diverse languages and culture across APAC region
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize creative ideas and feedback
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a team environment

Nice to Have

• Immediate Availability
• Familiarity with YouTube Live, OBS, and live-streaming platforms
• Knowledge of a 3D package (Blender, Cinema4D, Maya, etc.)
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry design standards and trends
