About the Position

We are seeking a Music Content Strategist - SNS & Creator Growth (SNS楽曲プロモーションプランナー) to expand our business by acquiring new clients and leveraging our YouTube consulting expertise.

Responsibilities

YouTube Consulting Sales & Proposal

• Providing YouTube strategy consulting proposals to corporate clients, artists, and IP holders
• Developing winning sales strategies using our own success cases and extensive data
• Delivering exciting presentations that go beyond problem-solving to focus on fan acquisition and revenue maximization

Project Growth Strategy & Execution

• Conducting initial analysis of newly acquired projects and constructing winning formulas (strategy design)
• Implementing data-driven improvements and report creation using YouTube Analytics
• Building the strongest operational setup by involving internal resources

Next-Generation Music Rights Management (Label Operations)

• Utilizing Content ID to transform rights into assets through copyright registration and revenue management
• Monitoring self-managed music and strategic rights operations such as "cut videos"
• Standardizing the delivery and metadata management process for digital distribution stores (DSPs)
• Digitalizing contract support and royalty management for global expansion

Requirements

Must-Have

• Ability to actively seek new clients and conduct proposal sales without resistance
• Basic PC skills (e.g., creating documents in Google Spreadsheets, Slides)
• Strong interest and curiosity in YouTube's platform characteristics and data analysis

Nice to Have

• Experience in corporate sales (especially in advertising, IT, or entertainment industries)
• Experience using YouTube's management interface (Studio) and Analytics
• Basic knowledge of music copyrights, JASRAC, Content ID, etc.
• English proficiency (for coordination with overseas offices and managing overseas distribution)
