About the Position

Responsibilities

Organize the work of the department and ensure the fulfillment of its functions.
Control compliance with prudential norms and the accuracy of their calculation in accordance with NBU requirements.
Perform calculations and forecasting of prudential norms for budgeting, strategic planning, and regulatory processes (ICAAP, ILAAP, stress testing, etc.).
Support the implementation of new norms and develop internal documents on the procedure for their calculation.
Prepare analytical materials, presentations, and management reporting for the management.

Requirements

Experience in the banking sector over the past three years in financial analysis or risk management departments in the area of control and calculation (forecasting) of prudential norms.
In-depth knowledge of the main regulatory documents of the NBU.
