About the Position
We are seeking a Senior.NET Developer with experience in ASP.NET, SQL Server, and design/architecture patterns to join our web development team. You will be primarily responsible for designing and developing web applications, working with the quality assurance team, and developing database components such as store, queries, and triggers.
Responsibilities
- Generating code using .NET languages (C#, VB.NET)
- Updating, configuring, and debugging existing systems
- Providing technical support for web, desktop, or mobile applications
- Participating in requirements analysis
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop software design and architecture
- Writing clean, scalable code using the.NET programming languages
- Testing and deploying applications and systems
- Reviewing, updating, refactoring, and debugging code
- Improving existing software
- Developing documentation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Acting as an application expert and providing technical support
Requirements
- Proven experience as a .NET developer or application developer
- Familiarity with ASP.NET, SQL Server, and design/architecture patterns (such as Model-View-Controller (MVC))
- Knowledge of at least one of .NET languages (for example, C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5 / CSS3
- Familiarity with architecture / API styles (REST, RPC)
- Understanding Agile Methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor / Master of Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Nice to Have
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript
- Knowledge of TypeScript and Angular 6+
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services
- Experience with MS SQL Server Integration Services
