Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core/Framework.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Work on modern UI frameworks, specifically React and Next.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Guide teams, make architectural decisions, and communicate effectively.
• Design scalable system architectures and microservices.
• Utilize SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Implement DevOps practices using GitHub workflows and actions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience as a C#.NET Developer (.NET Framework /.NET Core).
• Hands-on experience with DXP/CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Umbraco, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks, specifically React and Next.js.
• Strong technical leadership experience.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, including GitHub workflows and actions.
• Solid experience designing scalable system architectures and microservices.
• Fluency in English (B2).
• Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon, 2 days per week (candidates must already be based in Portugal, with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
