.NET Technical Lead

About the Position

We are looking for a .NET Technical Lead for our American project. Our customer is an online enterprise-grade food ordering platform used by many of the US’s largest restaurant chains and millions of users. You will contribute to implementing large, strategic, and complex components and services, including solution design and reliability concerns.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to implementing large, strategic, and complex components and services.
• Design and develop end-to-end flows in a distributed/microservices application architecture.
• Write unit tests and testable code.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Exhibit excellent judgment, seeking diverse perspectives and challenging assumptions to improve outcomes.
• Deliver constructive feedback that empowers individuals and strengthens the team.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly, adapting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Consistently meet sprint and quarterly commitments while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of C#, F#, .NET, and object-oriented concepts.
• Experience with architecting and developing end-to-end flows in a distributed/microservices application architecture.
• Experience writing unit tests (NUnit, xUnit, Playwright) and testable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Excellent judgment, seeking diverse perspectives and challenging assumptions to improve outcomes.
• Ability to deliver constructive feedback that empowers individuals and strengthens the team.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, adapting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting sprint and quarterly commitments while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
