NetSuite Implementation Engineer

About the Position

We are currently seeking a NetSuite Implementation Engineer to join our team across the European Union. In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for both pre-built integration products and custom integrations. Your responsibilities will include developing custom integration data flows, configuring pre-built products, and providing support for these integrations. This position requires a high level of client interaction, including calls, online meetings, and responding to emails and chats.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in client meetings to educate, train, and advise on successful product implementation.
• Complete implementations on-time and within budget.
• Meet regularly with team members and clients to deliver status updates, resolve project issues, and design solutions.
• Ask probing questions to understand customer business requirements and configure products accordingly.
• Conduct thorough testing of solutions prior to handover and provide timely issue resolution during User Acceptance Testing.
• Keep projects on target by recognizing scope creep and following defined processes.
• Provide go-live support, knowledge transfer, and documentation.
• Conduct project hand-off to the support team.

Requirements

• At least three (3) years of combined industry experience in enterprise software implementation, business analysis, or business process consulting.
• Experience working with external clients on system implementations or training.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce, etc.), ERP (NetSuite, etc), or eCommerce (Magento, Shopify, etc) applications is preferred.
• Prior experience in SaaS / On-Demand applications such as Celigo’s integrator.io platform, Boomi, Jitterbit, Workato is preferred.
• Understanding and experience with application integration technologies and projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong customer satisfaction and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a startup and product development environment is highly desired.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Object Oriented JavaScript, Server Side JavaScript, Node.js, Web Services (SOAP / REST), and Data Formats (Flat File / XML / JSON).
• Familiarity with Cloud Applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Amazon, Google, Shopify, Magento, and others.
• Experience with legacy technologies like FTP, ACH, Fixed width, and EDI.
