About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Network Technician for a contract role in Westborough, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks in a data center environment, including hardware inspections, assembly, and providing feedback to engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct hardware inspections, identifying discrepancies and documenting findings to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Assemble first article builds, test fixtures, racks, and associated wiring, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
Provide feedback to mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineering teams on tooling, consumables, debugging processes, and test setups.
Maintain and update team Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documenting process improvements and changes.
Perform tasks across multiple defined process paths, escalating issues when deviations from standard processes occur.
Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards while identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Salary and Other Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is between $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
