As an online casino dealer or game presenter at Evolution, you will lead captivating live games in front of the camera and interact with online players. This role will help you enhance your confidence and entertainment skills in front of the camera.
The position is based in a modern studio operating 24/7 in central Burnaby, providing a comfortable environment. You will lead exciting classic games such as Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Sic Bo. Join us!
Responsibilities
- Actively introduce participants, game rules, and winners
- Deal cards, spin the roulette wheel, and announce winners
- Deal cards and operate games quickly and accurately
- Research relevant topics and interesting information to discuss and interact with players
- Engage in friendly conversations without expressing personal opinions (e.g., about sports, music, and general knowledge)
- Maintain a good appearance and confidence in front of the camera
- Always end game interactions with positive remarks
Job Details
- Type: Full-time, long-term
- Salary: CAD 24.75/hour after completing a 3-month probation period (CAD 22/hour during probation). Monthly performance bonus: up to CAD 800, applicable after the probation period.
- Paid Time Off: 15 days of paid leave

Requirements
- Age 19 and above
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional, with a good service spirit and communication skills
- Willingness and commitment to work night shifts (23:00 – 07:00), including weekends and holidays. High sense of responsibility, ensuring stable work performance
- Comfortable wearing dealer uniforms and maintaining a professional appearance standard
- Basic makeup skills (foundation, blush, etc.)
- Fluency in Vietnamese, basic English communication skills
