About the Position
A large IT-company is looking for a Node.js developer for designing and implementing web applications using modern JS technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement web applications using modern JavaScript technologies.
- Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MySQL databases.
- Create cross-browser-compatible HTML web-pages using modern techniques and technologies.
- Utilize libraries such as Bootstrap and Material Design.
- Ensure code versioning with tools like Git and Mercurial.
- Adhere to W3C standards.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript.
- Experience with Node.js.
- Experience working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MySQL.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Expertise in creating cross-browser-compatible HTML web-pages using modern techniques and technologies.
- Familiarity with libraries such as Bootstrap and Material Design.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and Mercurial.
- Understanding of W3C standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with UNIX-like operating systems.
- Ability to write clean code (formatting, comments, standards).
- Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Ability to work with already-existing codebases.
- Knowledge of web application optimization techniques.
