Obchodný zástupca (m/ž)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative for distribution sales within the Bratislava region. We seek a proactive individual with experience in construction, ideally in building chemistry, possessing a commercial spirit, and capable of building long-term customer partnerships.

We offer an attractive and transparent commission-based compensation system, allowing you to directly influence your income based on achieved sales and margin, without an upper limit.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for selling products in Slovakia, specializing in insulation systems, plasters and coatings, waterproofing, bonding and sealing, flooring, and repair materials.
• Providing technical support to customers and selling the product portfolio in these areas.
• Responsibility for organizing sales in the region and achieving set business plans and goals.
• Caring for existing customers and actively seeking new business opportunities in the western Slovak region.
• Creating, maintaining, and deepening business relationships.
• Presenting the company's products and services, preparing price offers, technical advice, and site inspections.
• Conducting presentations, training, and independent expert lectures.
• Market research, monitoring regional developments, and competition monitoring.
• Handling complaints, preparing complaint protocols, and photo documentation.
• Accurate and regular reporting of business activities.
• Monitoring customer payment discipline.
• Adhering to internal regulations, policies, and IMS requirements.
• External communication with customers regarding environmental and safety aspects of products.

Requirements

• Business and financial insight
• Active listening and strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel – Group B driver's license
• Knowledge of English – advantageous
• Construction education – advantageous
• Experience as a sales representative – advantageous

Salary and Benefits

Salary (gross)

From 2,000 to 2,800 EUR/gross + monthly commissions with no upper limit.

The final salary depends on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
