Occupational Therapist

About the Position

We are seeking a Band 6+ Occupational Therapist to join our team in West London, supporting children and young people with autism.

Responsibilities

• Manage a paediatric caseload of children and young people with autism
• Complete functional, sensory, and developmental assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team
• Provide strategies to support sensory regulation and participation in learning
• Contribute to EHCPs and support education-based outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Experience in paediatric occupational therapy, ideally with autism and complex needs
• Knowledge of sensory integration and neurodevelopmental conditions
• Ability to work independently within educational settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
