Occupational Therapist

About the Position

Cpl UK Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join Ace Children’s Occupational Therapy Ltd, supporting a paediatric and neurodiverse caseload across Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Manage a paediatric neurodiverse caseload aged 2–25
• Complete functional, sensory, and developmental assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Support sensory regulation, motor skills, and functional independence
• Work collaboratively with families, schools, and the multidisciplinary team
• Provide written reports, recommendations, and care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Experience in paediatric occupational therapy
• Strong knowledge of autism, ADHD, sensory processing, and neurodevelopmental conditions
• Ability to work independently across community and educational settings
• Full UK driving licence preferred

We Offer

• Competitive salary: £40,000 - £52,000
• Role Type: Permanent (Hybrid, 3–5 days per week)
• Location: Farnborough, Basingstoke, Winchester & Southampton
