About the Position
Aweb is a digital marketing agency specializing in SEO and contextual advertising. We work with medium-sized businesses both in Ukraine and abroad. We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Work with the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure the office's operations.
- Support internal administrative processes.
- Execute tasks assigned by the company's manager.
- Handle documentation.
- Provide reporting.
Requirements
- At least six months of experience as an Office Manager.
- Attention to detail, neatness, responsibility, and common sense.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage work time.
- Capability to work in a multitasking environment and switch between tasks.
- English proficiency at least at the Intermediate level.
- Polish language skills are a plus.
