About the Position

Online Support Operator - Fixed term contract

Resolve customer requests, investigate data issues, and enrich media coverage while collaborating with an international team. Bring your analytical and proactive approach to DataOps.

Responsibilities

• Management of fireline requests
  • Give feedback to users fixing their issues as fast as possible
  • Basic checks on media registry and documents contents
• Management of coverage additions:
  • Propose new sources to add
  • Media/sections creation and enrichment
• Collaborate with DataOps Quality Team, DMR Account Managers Team, and DMR Tech Team to propose tech or processes initiatives to improve our customer support activities
