Responsibilities

AnyMind Group highly values potential recruitment of young talents for organizational growth. Many young professionals have been promoted to executive roles, group company representatives, new business managers, or overseas assignments within their twenties. If you are interested in growing with us in an environment that fosters young talent and in a global setting with over half of our sales in overseas markets across 24 cities/locations worldwide, we look forward to your application.

The potential departments for assignment are as follows. We will determine the initial assignment based on individual personality, abilities, and future career aspirations discussed during the interview.

Brand Commerce & Marketing Division

We provide comprehensive digital marketing solutions to major national clients both domestically and internationally, driving business growth for our clients. Our services include strategic planning, proposal, casting, implementation, and effect measurement.

Publisher Growth Division

We provide comprehensive support for UX improvement, user acquisition, and content revenue maximization for web media and mobile apps (publishers). Adopting a revenue-sharing business model, we serve as a partner that accompanies growth, providing various solutions for revenue maximization, site improvement, and feature development.

Product Development

We are recruiting product managers to promote the growth of AnyMind's platform, which is provided across the EC and marketing domains. You will be responsible for business promotion to create products that meet market demands, collaborating with overseas sales, operations, and development teams, primarily in Southeast Asia.

Executive Office, New Business Development

Reporting directly to the CEO, we are recruiting individuals who can take on the core responsibilities of the company's further expansion, including "formulation and management of the company's mid-to-long-term management plan," "creation and execution of new businesses and new markets," and "consideration and execution of M&A."

Requirements

Required Skills

• Individuals who are eager to grow by being in a growing market
• Individuals interested in the global market (particularly the Asia region)
• Individuals who want to be in a merit-based environment regardless of age
• Individuals who want to use language skills in their work in the near future

Preferred Skills

• Sales experience (corporate/individual)
• Strong interest in SNS and the ability to immerse oneself in it
• Language skills (English/Chinese, etc.)
• Experience in starting new businesses or projects
