About the Position
Operation Associate (Hourly Rated)
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Part-time
Work Location: On-site
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to interested Driver Partners via phone calls to assist with enquiries and support the onboarding process.
- Provide guidance to Driver Partners on onboarding requirements, processes, and documentation.
- Verify submitted documents and maintain accurate Driver Partner records in internal systems.
- Participate in a rostered schedule for weekend and Public Holiday document verification duties to support operational continuity.
Requirements
- Energetic, driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable engaging with people over the phone and providing excellent customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Willing to participate in a rotating weekend and Public Holiday support schedule when assigned.
