Operational Data Assistant

About the Position

We are looking for an Operational Data Assistant to join our team at TMC, a global high-tech consultancy company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working at the intersection of administration, data, and customer contact within the energy sector. You will work in a hybrid setup, with three days at the office and two days from home.

Responsibilities

Data and Systems

• Performing data mutations in systems such as SAP ISU, SAP Matrix, SAP CRM/C4, and IIO
• Checking, analyzing, and correcting data
• Identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate data processing

Customer Contact

• Handling customer contact via phone and written communication throughout the Netherlands
• Verifying and correcting missing or unclear customer information
• Creating customer profiles based on a script

Processes and Work Instructions

• Working according to existing procedures and contributing to keeping them up-to-date
• Collaborating with colleagues on complex issues

Requirements

• MBO+ / HBO work and thinking level (starter or 1–2 years of experience)
• Affinity with data, systems, and/or the energy sector
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written (NL)
• Precise, structured, and analytically strong
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset
• Experience in a customer-oriented or administrative role is a plus
• Experience with SAP CRM or other ERP systems is a plus
• Affinity with technical environments (electricity, medium or high voltage) is a plus

We Offer

• An indefinite employment contract, with a salary ranging from €2,800 to €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience.
