About the Role

We are looking for an Operational Resilience Analyst to join our Operational Services team.

In this role, you will directly support our global Operations teams and drive the continuous improvement of our resilience program. You will work alongside the Operational Resilience Director, providing Business Continuity (BC) subject matter expertise, consultation, and practical guidance to our UK and international operational teams.

You will help formulate and advance our resilience framework-utilizing AI tools where appropriate-to ensure we maintain an effective, state-of-the-art response to major incidents and potential operational disruptions.

This role is UK-based with travel to our UK Fulfillment Centers (CFCs), as well as occasional international travel to support our global operational locations.

About You

You are a driven, organized, and confident professional who thrives when managing multiple priorities-whether working independently or as part of a team. You remain calm under pressure, possess meticulous attention to detail, and excel at translating complex operational data into actionable resilience strategies.

You'll have:

• Solid experience and a confident understanding of Business Continuity Management and operational resilience within an enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of building, maintaining, or exercising parts of a BC & Crisis Management program.
• In-depth knowledge of Business Continuity Institute (BCI) standards, tools, techniques, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Experience delivering high-quality analysis, trend reporting, and operational technical documentation.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence colleagues across all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical approach to identifying risks and creative solutions.
