About the Position

Operations Client Partner

We are seeking an Operations Client Partner to build operational trust in data and maintain strong client relationships, driving improvements in client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build operational trust in the data and maintain a strong relationship with clients; drive results which lead to significant and sustainable improvements in client satisfaction.
  • Overall accountability for the timely and accurate resolution of operational client requests and issues (including quality performance, feasibility investigations, structural changes, new deliverables setups).
  • Build positive relationships to effectively facilitate meetings, provide support, and remove obstacles through networking.
  • Handle regular weekly/monthly calls with clients for operational topics, including discussing technical questions around processes, technical possibilities, recommending effective solutions, defining delivery targets, and communicating progress, risk, and status reporting.
  • Communicate on projects at the client level, including discussing technical questions around processes, technical possibilities, recommending effective solutions, defining delivery targets, and communicating progress, risk, and status reporting.
  • Cooperate closely with operations groups to resolve client queries through an efficient workflow.
  • Contribute to solving elements of regional and global client requests through collaboration with other countries.
  • Own direct client communication on operational topics triaged by L1.
  • Suggest proactively solutions for simpler, more enduring, and cost-efficient database production for NIQ.

Requirements

  • Work experience: Minimum work experience in client-facing roles to understand client requirements and execute relevant actions towards clients.
  • Education: Higher education or equivalent experience.
  • Skills:
    • Combination of operational skills and client orientation, demonstrates willingness to understand operational “end-to-end” processes and able to translate business expectations into technical specifications.
    • Good relationship management skills to effectively liaise with commercial, clients, and various operational teams.
    • Well-developed analytical skills and very good attention to details.
    • Proactive attitude in recommending suitable solutions, demonstrates a “Can-Do” & results-oriented attitude.
    • Independent in executing tasks, driving progress, and working out solutions.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve goals together.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Time management skills.
    • Strong communication, both verbal and written, easiness in presenting complex operational topics in a simple way.
    • Good Excel knowledge is a must.
    • Good knowledge of English.

We Offer

  • Competitive salary: 23,600 EUR to 31,222 EUR gross per year. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
