• Lead plant and production relocations from planning through implementation and ramp-up
• Manage site closures, consolidation projects, and restructuring activities across EMEA
• Drive Lean initiatives including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement programs
• Improve productivity, quality, delivery performance, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
• Several years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or operational excellence environments
• Fluent English with the ability to work in an international environment

Salary Information

• The GVP collective bargaining agreement applies to this position. Compensation is determined based on pay grade 8. Your specific compensation will be determined primarily based on your qualifications and professional experience.
