Operations Manager

About the Position

O0 is a full-stack cloud design studio that started as part of the tech startup Petcube. We partner with innovative companies worldwide, including Microsoft, Xbox, Google, Toyota, and Y-Combinator startups.

Our team is rapidly growing, and we are looking for an Operations Manager to lead team admin support, fuel internal process improvements, and assist with coordinating the O0 pro-bono project.

What it's like

• Managing employee onboarding/offboarding, basic HR functions;
• Running flawless timely admin processes;
• Covering the books with expense forecast and reporting;
• Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing internal processes to fuel effective improvement;
• Coordinating O0 pro-bono project and internal team activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager, Admin Manager, or in a similar role;
• Strong understanding of creative business routine and confidence with business admin tools including Notion, Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace;
• Exceptional communication and empathetic skills;
• Familiarity with accounting and basic math principles;
• Confidence, can-do attitude;
• Strong B2 English level
