We are seeking an Operations Manager (Affiliate) to join our marketing team in Kyiv, Ukraine, or Warsaw, Poland, to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation, implementation, and improvement of processes;
• Organization and support of daily operational processes;
• Enhancing team efficiency by supporting the implementation of new projects;
• Implementing a strategy for automating daily tasks;
• Collaboration with other teams in the marketing area for effective project facilitation.

Requirements

• Systemic and analytical thinking;
• Ability to effectively work with a large number of operational processes;
• Attention to detail;
• Willingness to take responsibility and be proactive.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of tracking, technical setups, and tracking platforms.
