About the Position

Operations Professional @ING Hubs Romania

We are looking for an Operations Professional to join our ING Hubs Romania team. This role will support the Off-boarding team in a multicultural environment, focusing on Non-Financial Risk and day-to-day management of the Off-boarding portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Customer Offboarding execution timelines are maintained across various stakeholders.
• Supporting the Off-boarding management team in reporting and data.
• Taking responsibility together with the Off-boarding enforcement team for the timely off-boarding of AML/FEC related exits.
• Supporting the development and improvement of our process/WPIs and procedures.
• Coordinating the off-boarding end to end as required.
• Preparing and sending out client off-boarding forms to Front office.
• Monitoring product closures with local Operational SPOCs.
• Uploading evidence to Vantage library.
• Re-segmenting entities in Vantage.
• Overall administrative tasks in Outlook, Vantage, and Pega.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of banking experience.
• Tech stack/knowledge:
  • Mandatory: knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.)
• Education: University diploma.
• Foreign languages: Strong communication skills in English are essential, both written and spoken.
