Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operation of stores (dark stores) optimizing picking processes, managing shifts with Store Managers, and assigning resources according to demand to ensure fast and efficient deliveries.
• Support the daily monitoring of store operations and ensure efficiency in order preparation.
• Collaborate in the coordination of shifts and personnel assignment based on demand levels.
• Coordinate optimization projects in stores, distribution changes (layout), and the implementation of new tools.
• Analysis and Capacity: Evaluate operational capacity and local logistics performance to maintain store service standards.

Requirements

• Knowledge in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields is valued.
• Work experience in performance, operations, or project management roles working with operational KPIs and analysis, ideally in high-volume data environments.
• Advanced Office skills, with special knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. Ideally, knowledge of analysis tools such as Looker/Tableau.
• Flexibility to adapt to challenges and dynamic contexts.
• Continuous improvement mindset and agile project and process development.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Results-oriented approach.
• Vehicle (car/motorcycle) and availability to travel within Managua.
• Full-time availability from Monday to Saturday.
