Responsibilities

• Lead the local Operations team, responsible for the operational functioning of partners, payment methods management, and key business indicators.
• Monitor and analyze performance KPIs, overseeing operational improvement actions to offer better service.
• Deeply understand operational problems and propose, design, and follow up on action plans to comprehensively improve operational performance and service level.
• Coordinate operations with partners (strategic partners) in each city.
• Validate and coordinate the application of operational rules for different situations for the ecosystem.
• Support other areas in the operational improvement of the ecosystem in general.
• Conduct strategic planning of our operations OKRs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
• Work experience in data, performance, operations, consulting, or project management roles working with operational KPIs and performance analysis, ideally in high-volume data environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, Big Query, and analytics tools (Looker, DataStudio, Tableau).
• Advanced knowledge of Office, with special emphasis on Excel/Google Sheets.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic challenges and contexts.
• Continuous improvement mindset and agile project and process development.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
