About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated Operator with Polish to join our team in Dublin. This role focuses on business processes and content operations, leveraging Generative AI technologies to enhance our services.
Responsibilities
- Verify and review information according to policy and guidelines.
- Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
- Take action on process changes and updates with proper research.
- Adhere to process quality metrics and exceed monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
- Gather information via outbound calls to businesses within specific country locations.
- Work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support users by reviewing, summarizing, and completing various types of requests.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze and interpret data for content operations.
- Implement Generative AI technologies to enhance content creation and management processes.
- Improve user interaction and content accessibility using Gen AI technologies.
- Contribute to the overall success of the content operations team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Availability to work rotating shift patterns over 7 days
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Polish (and English).
- Possessing Gen AI skills such as prompt engineering.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Excellent timekeeping.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.
- Show a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the team.
- Experience in data analysis and reports (not mandatory).
