About the Role

We are looking for an Oracle EBS HR Developer to support and enhance our client's Oracle E-Business Suite environment, focusing specifically on Human Resources (HR) modules.

This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with solid experience in Oracle EBS R12 and HR-related functionality who can independently handle development tasks, system enhancements, and ongoing technical support.

Experience with Oracle Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience with these technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite R12 HR modules.
Support and enhance HR-related business processes and system functionality.
Develop and maintain custom solutions, reports, interfaces, and integrations within Oracle EBS.
Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement technical fixes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure the stability and reliability of HR applications.
Contribute to potential Oracle Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud initiatives.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite development.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 HR modules - this is a must-have requirement.
Practical experience supporting or developing HR-related functionality, such as Oracle HRMS, Payroll, Learning Management, and other relevant HR modules.
Knowledge of Oracle technologies used in EBS development, including PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Forms/Reports, where applicable.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work independently on development tasks.
Good English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
Willingness to work with an Eastern Time Zone schedule.

Nice to Have

Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience with integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems.
