Responsibilities

• Facilitate the hedging needs of client flows, ensuring best-in-class service while managing risk exposures within the company's risk appetite.
• Handle complex trades with a mindset of continuous optimization, aiming to increase the trading desk’s revenue.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of both electronic and voice trading, influencing technology improvements.
• Lead efforts to automate hedge execution, allowing traders to focus on complicated trades and client engagement.
• Assist the risk management team in designing controls for the principal trading desk’s aggregate market exposure.
• Stay updated with market narratives to contribute to internal research efforts and client engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience as an OTC trader in the cryptocurrency space.
• Demonstrated ability to convert institutional prospects into trading clients.
• Ability to expertly handle complex trades with a mindset of continuous optimization.
• Deep crypto market microstructure mathematical expertise.
• Strong client-facing abilities, instilling confidence through excellent service.
• Proficient Python coding ability.
