Outpatient Pharmacist

About the Position

We are currently recruiting for an Outpatient Pharmacist to work on a temporary basis in Devon. This role involves supporting outpatient pharmacy services including clinical screening, dispensing, and patient counselling. You will work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure safe and efficient delivery of medicines within an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical screening and patient counselling
• Dispense medications safely and efficiently
• Work closely with the pharmacy team in an outpatient setting

Requirements

• GPhC registration
• Minimum of 6 months NHS hospital experience
• Previous outpatient or dispensary experience is desirable
• Strong clinical screening and patient counselling skills
