About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Package Consultant specializing in Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll for a contract position in New York, Texas, US.
This role involves guiding clients through the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of Workday's human capital management (HCM) solutions. The primary focus will be on the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Design efficient time management processes in alignment with client policies and regulatory requirements.
- Configure payroll structures and manage absences to ensure compliance with global payroll regulations.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users to facilitate effective utilization of modules for accurate time recording, leave management, and payroll processing.
- Provide post-go-live support, including data validation and troubleshooting.
- Translate complex HCM concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Workday Payroll experience or certification with at least 5+ years of experience.
- Thorough understanding of modern time tracking methodologies and absence management best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues during system configuration or usage.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
Salary
Pay range: $10 - $13 per hour
