Paediatric Community Nurses

About the Position
A well-known Community Care Provider is looking to hire Community Paediatric Nurses for complex cases in the Dublin Area and across Ireland. This role involves providing advanced nursing care in the home setting, offering 1:1 care to infants and children with full care needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care in the home setting.
- Manage tracheostomy care, ventilation, enteral feeding, and medication.
- Offer full care needs support for infants and children.
- Utilize extensive experience in paediatric nursing, with ICU experience being a plus.
Requirements
- Must have paediatric nursing experience.
- Overseas NICU/Paeds experience is acceptable.
- Currently working in nursing homes in Ireland is a requirement.
