Genesis is a fast-moving product team launching a next-gen AI Harness product (business, marketing, education). We have already stabilized unit economics at $100k/mo. Now, we are ready to scale to $1M+/mo.

A $100k foundation is just a starting signal. We aren't looking for a passive optimizer to maintain a running machine. We need a builder who can pressure-test what exists, tear it down, and rebuild the engine from scratch if the current setup breaks at scale.

The Reality Check:

You report directly to the General Manager. Flat structure, zero bureaucracy, and a budget that scales as fast as you can prove ROAS. It's not a dashboard-watching role. You personally run the global Google Ads engine (US & Tier-1) from initial validation to deep optimization. You won't have a 50-person engineering team or a ready-made playbook.

If you want total freedom to scale an acquisition engine from $100k to $1M+ a month - this is your playground. If you need a fully stable corporate environment to feel comfortable, it’s not your perfect role.

Responsibilities

• Own the Engine: audit, validate, and rebuild the Google Ads strategy (search-first, worldwide market) from scratch.
• Aggressive Scaling: push the current $100k/mo foundation to a profitable $1M+/mo, tearing down any setups that break.
• Team Collaboration: work directly with the General Manager on budget forecasting, growth planning, and P&L strategy.
• Data-Driven Growth: deep-dive into funnel data to optimize the entire user journey from impression to conversion.

Requirements

• Proven Scalable Track Record: a real case of building a Tier-1 Google Ads channel from a blank account to massive profitable spend (up to $300k+ and more).
• Absolute Hands-on Mastery: direct practitioner who knows search and targets CPA/ROMI algorithms inside out.
• Product Mindset: fluency in SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, Retention, Churn, Payback periods).
• Technical Independence: expert setup of Google Ads, GTM, and tracking architectures (GA4, AppsFlyer, or Adjust) from scratch. Advanced level of Anthropic's Claude for campaign analysis and planning.
• High Agency: thrives in ambiguity, acts without waiting for instructions, and pivots fast based on hard data.
• Language: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher.
