Paralegal - Conveyancing

About the Position

We are seeking a Paralegal - Conveyancing to join our in-house legal team. This role involves supporting the conveyancing process and ensuring security in property loans.

Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and process title documentation and make recommendations within company SLA's
• Develop an effective working relationship with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the customer’s needs are met throughout the journey
• Effectively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure security remains effective in all cases
• Make sure the company security related records are kept up to date

Requirements

• Prior Conveyance experience
• Strong knowledge of Property titles and Land Registration procedures
• Commercial Property experience
• Legal experience relating to property
• Analytical/problem solving skills
• Effective communications skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisation skills

We Offer

• Salary: GBP 30,000 - GBP 35,000 per year
• Location: Cheadle, SK8 3GW
• Working Hours: 09:00am-17:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Contract type: Permanent
