About the Position
ENGAWA, a part of AnyMind Group, is seeking a Part-time Project Manager specializing in Social Media & KOL Marketing for Chinese Gaming Accounts. This role involves supporting the Japanese market expansion of major Chinese gaming companies. You will coordinate with a multi-location team during the day to drive game launches and campaign initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Client Coordination and Requirement Gathering: Engage with clients and gather necessary requirements.
- Promotion Strategy Planning and Execution Management: Develop and manage promotional strategies for the Japanese market.
- Internal and External Member Coordination: Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external members, including the Hong Kong office.
- Project Scheduling, KPI Design, and Reporting: Manage project schedules, design KPIs, and prepare reports.
Requirements

Must-Have Skills:
- Native-level proficiency in Chinese and Japanese.
- Experience playing major Chinese games such as Tencent and NetEase.
- Ability to smoothly manage projects while coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in the advertising and marketing industries.
- Project management experience in the game industry.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and localization.
