Partner Alliance (ビジネスパートナー)

**【パートナーアライアンス】メガプラットフォーマーと「次世代の収益モデル」を創るリーダー募集
Responsibilities
①メガプラットフォーマーとの共同ソリューション企画・開発
- グローバル規模の影響力を持つプラットフォーム各社と密に連携し、AnyMind独自の強みを掛け合わせた「勝てるソリューション」の策定
- 最新の消費行動（ソーシャルコマース、ライブコマース等）に基づいた、市場先取り型の販売パッケージ開発
- パートナー企業の未公開機能やα/β版機能を活用した、先行事例の創出と型化
②パートナー経由の商談創出（Co-selling）とグロース戦略
- 提携先プラットフォームの営業組織と連携した、大手広告主への共同提案・コンサルティング
- パートナー経由の紹介案件（インバウンド）を最大化させるための連携スキーム構築
- 広告主のニーズを抽出し、パートナー側への新機能提案やAnyMind自社プロダクトのアップデートへ繋げるフィードバックループの構築
③アライアンス組織のマネジメントとKPI設計
- パートナー別の売上・粗利・パイプラインの進捗管理
- 3〜5名程度のチームマネジメント、およびアライアンス営業の型化（プレイブック整備）
- 契約交渉、収益配分（マージン）設計、および社内のオペレーション最適化
Requirements
Required
- デジタル広告・メディア業界での実務経験（3年以上）
- メディア、プラットフォーム、またはテクノロジーパートナーを活用したビジネス開発や企画営業の経験
- 複数のステークホルダーが関わる複雑なプロジェクトの推進・マネジメント経験
Preferred
- 主要プラットフォーマー（SNS・検索エンジン・動画媒体等）との折衝や窓口経験
- インフルエンサー、ライブコマース、EC支援領域のいずれかに関する知見
- 新規事業の立ち上げ、または組織の仕組み化に携わった経験
- 英語を用いたビジネスコミュニケーション（海外拠点との連携に意欲がある方）
