About the Position

Join Civitta – an international company with 750+ colleagues across 20+ countries. We focus on management consulting, funding, and digital solutions. Originating from Central and Eastern Europe, we also deliver projects across Central Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.

The Civitta Partner Development Program is designed for experienced consulting professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career and build a path towards Partnership.

Over 6–12 months, you will develop your own client portfolio, strengthen your business-development capabilities, gain hands-on experience with Civitta’s tender and proposal processes, and progressively take ownership of commercial results. The program is designed to give you the experience, relationships, and business perspective needed to step into an Associate Partner role with P&L responsibility.

You will start by working closely with Civitta’s Tender & Business Development function, gaining a deep understanding of how we identify opportunities, shape propositions, and win new work. At the same time, you will build your own pipeline and client relationships, with the opportunity to originate and retain projects that become part of your future portfolio.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond project delivery and build a consulting business within Civitta.

The program is open to candidates across all Civitta geographies, with a particular focus on Greece, the Baltics, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Croatia, and Slovenia.
