About the Position

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Headquarters team in North Macedonia. Our team supports Civitta’s daily operations across countries within HR, recruitment, marketing, finance, administration, legal, and other internal functions. If you enjoy structure, solving problems, and if you challenge “it’s not possible” as a final answer, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

Manage payroll processes
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Support HR and finance teams

Requirements

Experience in payroll management
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team

Salary

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from EUR 1,200 to EUR 1,400 CTC, depending on your previous experience and performance during the interview process.
