About the Position
We are seeking a Partner Relationship Specialist with Arabic native proficiency to join our team in Cyprus, focusing on converting leads into active partners.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact all newly registered Leads via calls, messengers, and online meetings, and make best efforts to convert them into Active Partners.
- Achieve individual activity and conversion KPIs (calls made, meetings held, leads activated) in line with the company’s Business Development goals.
- Qualify incoming Leads, identify their needs and motivations, and present the company’s products and partner program in a clear, compelling way.
- Activate, nurture, and develop Partners through the early stages of their lifecycle until they reach the maturity level required for handover to a PRM.
- Manage a high volume of Leads simultaneously, prioritizing follow-ups so that no Lead goes cold and every opportunity is worked to its full potential.
- Deliver a satisfactory customer experience at every touchpoint of the early Sales and onboarding journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, pipeline status, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Recognize when a Partner is sufficiently activated and developed, and hand them over to the relevant PRM with complete context and a smooth transition.
- Maintain good communication lines with PRMs, marketing, and onboarding/support teams to ensure streamlined information flow to/from Leads and the Business Development team.
- Provide feedback on Lead quality, common objections, and recurring questions to help fine-tune scripts, campaigns, and the overall conversion funnel.
- Stay up to date on the company’s products, promotions, and the partner program in order to answer questions confidently and represent the company professionally.
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, tele-sales, lead qualification, account activation, customer support, or a similar high-volume client-facing role would be a plus (financial services background is an advantage, but not required).
- Confident multi-channel communicator - able to engage, nurture, and convert leads over phone calls, messengers (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram), and online meetings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with newly registered leads from diverse backgrounds and regions.
- Persuasive selling and solid objection-handling skills, with the persistence and resilience to follow up and re-engage cold or hesitant leads.
- Proven ability to consistently hit activity and conversion KPIs (calls made, meetings held, leads activated).
- Good understanding of the sales funnel and lead lifecycle, with the judgement to recognize when a partner is activated and ready to be handed over to a PRM.
- Hands-on CRM proficiency - logging every interaction, managing a large pipeline, and prioritizing follow-ups so no lead goes cold.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of leads simultaneously without losing momentum.
- Strong understanding of the company’s products and partner program (or the ability to learn them quickly) to explain the value proposition clearly to new partners.
- High level of integrity and dependability.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving, global, and multi-language environment.
- Excellent team player, able to collaborate with PRMs, marketing, and onboarding/support functions to move partners smoothly through the funnel.
- Languages: Arabic (native) and proficient in English. French and Turkish are a plus.
