About the Position
East Europe Foundation is announcing a contest for the position of "Partnership and Investment Manager" for the implementation of the program, led by the organization.

Responsibilities

Support the Head of CoE’s external engagement strategy:
- Prepare analytics, briefings, and proposals for Head of CoE meetings with donors, foundations, international organizations, and the private sector.
- Ensure a consistent flow of partnership opportunities that coincide with the center’s strategic priorities.
- Participate as a key operational support in fundraising and strategic negotiations.

Development of partnerships and ecosystem relationships:
- Develop and maintain relationships with donors, universities, private companies, EdTech players, and investors.
- Prepare and coordinate partnership packages, concepts for cooperation, memoranda, and proposals.
- Follow partnership agreements from idea to implementation.

Resource mobilization and donor portfolio management:
- Support Head of CoE in fundraising processes – preparation of applications, intervention logic, budgets, arguments.
- Maintain a map of donors and partners, regularly update the pipeline of financial and non-financial opportunities.
- Construct analytical conclusions on the potential of cooperation, conditions, risks, and benefits.

Coordination of partnership projects:
- Establish regular contact with partners and organize working meetings.
- Monitor the execution of agreements, deadlines, deliverables.
- Assemble reports, updates, presentations for partners and donors.

Prepare external communication and enhance the visibility of the CoE:
- Write abstracts, presentations, and key messages for external speeches of the Head of CoE.
- Formulate materials that strengthen the narrative of the center in the international environment.
- Support the participation of the CoE in international events (WBG, UNICEF, OECD, EdTech hubs, global forums).
Requirements
- Higher education in international relations, economics, business, innovation management, public policy, social sciences, or related fields.
- 3+ years in partnerships, business development, fundraising, donor work, international cooperation, or innovation projects.
- Experience in managing the full cycle of partnerships: from search and negotiations to the implementation of joint projects.
- Experience in interacting with international foundations, EdTech companies, universities, donors, or startup ecosystems.
- Experience in using programs: Google Workspace, CRM/partnership tools (Hubspot, Notion, Airtable), Slides / Canva for creating presentations.
- High level of English proficiency – for interaction with international partners.
