Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy – Process payments, timesheets, and deductions with precision.
- Solve payroll challenges – Identify and resolve discrepancies before they become issues.
- Support financial compliance – Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance.
- Assist with payroll inquiries – Provide clarity and support to clients and internal teams.
- Stay ahead of changes – Keep up with payroll regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in payroll or accounting.
- Fluent English (B2+) – You’ll be working with U.S. clients.
- Strong attention to detail – Accuracy is your priority.
- Tech-savvy mindset – Experience with payroll software and Excel.
- Confidentiality & professionalism – You handle sensitive data with integrity.
- Problem-solving skills – You don’t just spot issues, you fix them.
- Availability to provide services U.S. business hours – This role requires alignment with U.S. time zones.
