PE Calibration Engineer_PS_RBCW

About the Position

We are seeking a PE Calibration Engineer for Bosch Automotive Systems in Wuxi, China, specializing in powertrain electrification products function development and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Function development and calibration of CV powertrain electrification products, including Power Electronics (MCU, DCDC, DCAC, PDU, etc.) and E-motor system
• Function analysis and design, writing functional development description documents, coordinating functions development with SW/HW team, new products performance testing and optimization
• Responsible for power electronic system and components test bench calibration and testing (e.g. EM torque model; EM&INV thermal model; Monitoring function and diagnosis function)
• Make project plans, output calibration and testing reports
• Implementation and tracking products release testing and procedure management according to BOSCH products release procedure
• Support power electronic vehicle application
• Support new platform products performance testing and optimization
• Support products localization system integration and calibration
• Support system troubleshooting

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering area, preferably electric and electronic engineering
• Understanding of product release process
• Ability of coordination and communication under an international environment
• Good English in writing and speaking
• Accountable, positive, trusted; willing to learn and adapting to a changing environment; commitment to fulfilling customer requirements
