About the Position
We are seeking a Pediatric Geneticist to join our team in the Metro New York area. This role offers both academic and clinical components, working alongside a team of genetic counselors and pediatricians with a keen interest in genetics. The position is available at a well-known children's hospital.
Responsibilities
- Provide genetic counseling and diagnosis for pediatric patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans
- Participate in academic and clinical research activities
- Contribute to the education and training of medical students and residents
Requirements
- Genetics expertise
- Medical degree and board certification in Pediatrics and Clinical Genetics
- Experience in a pediatric setting is preferred
