Pension Business Specialist
We are seeking a Pension Business Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark, and contribute to shaping the future of pension solutions.
Responsibilities
As a Pension Business Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor, connecting business needs with solution delivery. Working closely with pension providers, you will analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate complex business requirements into impactful solutions that create value for both the organization and its customers or members.
Your responsibilities will typically include:
- Client Delivery: Contribute to client projects and transformation initiatives, working with process analysis, future-state design, business requirement definition, workshop facilitation, and the organizational implementation of new solutions.
- Product Development: Define new features, shape and validate solution designs, specify business rules and processes, validate functionality, and ensure our products meet industry standards and needs.
- Pre-sales and Advisory: Support sales and bid processes by leveraging your pension expertise to understand client needs, shape solution proposals, contribute to client meetings and workshops, and build trusted relationships through credible domain expertise and strategic advisory.
Requirements
- Completion of the FOAK basic training is required. You are expected to have a solid understanding of core pension principles and to be able to guide both clients and colleagues on our solutions.
- A key part of your role is documenting standard product functionality, client requirements, product descriptions, presentations, and diagrams.
- You should have a strong understanding of business processes, ideally supported by hands-on experience, and be able to map and work with the key stakeholders involved.
- You are able to lead and facilitate workshops with clients and internal stakeholders in a structured and effective way.
