About the Company

At Netcompany, we are making a strategic investment in the pensions domain. We develop solutions and advise some of the leading players in the industry, and we are now looking for experienced Pension Specialist Managers to strengthen our capabilities and help drive the continued transformation of the pensions sector.

Responsibilities

As a Pension Specialist Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, senior stakeholders, and internal teams. You will translate strategic ambitions into tangible outcomes and ensure business needs are transformed into solutions that deliver measurable value.

Your work will be centered on shaping, growing, and scaling Netcompany’s pensions offering, while continuously evolving our standard solutions for the pension industry. As part of the Pensions domain, you will operate across three core areas: Client Projects and Transformation, Product Development, and Pre-sales and Advisory.

Your responsibilities will typically include:

  • Lead and drive large-scale transformation initiatives in pension organizations, acting as the link between leadership, business, and delivery to ensure progress, alignment, and value creation.
  • Contribute to the development of Netcompany’s pension solutions by defining features, shaping the roadmap, validating designs, and aligning product development with customer and market needs.
  • Support pre-sales and advisory activities by identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, qualifying solutions, and contributing to client meetings and presentations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, leveraging pension industry expertise to drive decisions, strengthen relationships, and ensure value-driven outcomes.

Requirements

  • Solid pensions industry experience (10+ years): You have a deep understanding of the pension domain and act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for both clients and colleagues.
  • Completion of the FOAK basic training is required. You are expected to have a solid understanding of core pension principles and to be able to advise and guide both clients and colleagues on pension-related matters and solution capabilities.
  • Experience in project, program, or people management: You are skilled at driving execution, aligning stakeholders, and delivering outcomes in complex environments.
  • You have a commercial mindset where you identify opportunities, understand client businesses, and help drive growth for both clients and Netcompany’s pensions domain.

We Offer

At Netcompany, we focus on your personal and professional development.

  • Structured career model that allows you to build on your existing experiences.
  • Personal mentor assigned to support your development and help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
  • Enrollment in our internal training program, Netcompany Academy, with courses and seminars tailored to your career stage.
  • Opportunity to learn and collaborate internationally with colleagues from across the world.
  • Wide range of social and professional events to expand your network.

Join an Inclusive Community

At Netcompany, we highly prioritize an inclusive community. We actively promote an open and welcoming work culture based on collaboration and mutual trust, where there is always an opportunity for sparring.

  • All employees, regardless of background, identity, and experience, are met with understanding and respect and given equal opportunities for development and well-being.
