About the role

This role focuses on people, culture, and leadership support rather than a traditional HR model.
You will work closely with local leaders and our global People team to build a strong and healthy working environment.
You will also drive the transition towards a modern People model supported by digital tools and AI.
You will have a high level of autonomy and real influence in shaping how People practices evolve in our team.

Responsibilities

Partner with local leadership on people topics and team development.
Help create a workplace culture where people feel respected, supported, and motivated.
Support leaders in managing team dynamics and resolving workplace conflict.
Strengthen engagement and collaboration across teams and locations.
Support hiring and onboarding of new colleagues.
Act as a key connector between our local and CZ team.

Requirements

Experience in People/Business Partner roles.
Experience working in tech companies, ideally within international teams or companies with European leadership.
Understanding of the Vietnamese work environment and cultural context.
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
Ability to navigate complex people situations and workplace dynamics.
Strong interest in building modern and innovative People practices.
Fluent in English. Vietnamese language is an advantage.
