Performance Marketing Executive/Senior Executive

About the Position

As a Performance Marketing Executive / Senior Executive, you'll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. From turning campaign data into actionable insights to collaborating with clients and platform partners, you'll help brands achieve measurable business growth through data-driven strategies. Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights that drive business growth.
• Develop strategic media plans to help clients achieve their business objectives.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and post-campaign performance reports with key metrics.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines while collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Automate daily reporting and operational tasks using Google Sheets formulas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners (e.g., Google, Meta, Shopee, Lazada account managers).
• Monitor campaign performance closely to ensure KPIs are met and optimize where necessary.
• Advice and recommend full funnel campaigns to both planning and account management teams.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing OR a fresh graduate with a degree in business or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Mindset: Proactive, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your Growth Path

• First 3 months: Audit current performance and align digital strategy with high-level business goals.
• First 6 months: Lead end-to-end campaign execution, optimizing full-funnel performance and cross-channel budgets.
• First 9 months: Own overall strategy independently.
• First year: Deliver strategic, data-driven growth recommendations and media playbooks for long-term ROI.
