Responsibilities

Depending on your skills and interests, you could work in one of several teams:

Country Team

• Join one of our Country Teams to help shape Emma's marketing strategy and establish Emma as the leading sleep brand in the market.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist on global data analysis and ideate best practices.
• Help the team build a data-driven performance marketing playbook to scale your channel(s) globally.
• Coordinate with country experts on the implementation of Performance Marketing recommendations.
• Support on content creation and seasonal campaign runs.

Global Team

• Own the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Maintain and improve the website, including landing pages and the on-site experience for paid traffic.
• Analyze campaign and website performance.
• Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Data, E-commerce) to execute marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
• Analytical mind with a passion for data, problem-solving, and identifying root causes.
• Comfortable with numbers and driven by results.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced growth environment with time-sensitive projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Interest in performance marketing, ideally paid media such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, and in how content, landing pages, and on-site experience drive conversion.
